Try clicking (not holding) the “M” button. This is the “Mode” button and will switch the unit from Bluetooth Mode to your Wholetones album. If it will not switch, please make sure the SD card is snug within the unit and try clicking the “M” button again. 

To make sure the SD card is snug within the unit: Our recommendation is to use your fingernail to press the SD card lightly into the unit (it can be found in the small slot on the side of the player) and the SD card will pop back towards you. Remove the SD card completely and then reinsert it, making sure it is pushed in all the way. The music should begin to play once it is properly in place.
