Thanks for purchasing Chroma!  For your convenience and preference, we've included two discs.  Both have the same 7 songs and Chromotherapy videos, but one in Blu-ray Disc format, and the other in DVD format. 

On occasion, we've had customers report that the discs are not working in their playing devices.  In most cases, we've found that this has been due to using a disc in an incompatible playing device.

The Blu-ray Disc will only play in devices that are compatible with that format.  To ensure you are playing it in the correct device, look for the following symbol on the device that plays the disks:

Most devices compatible with Blu-ray Discs can also play DVD's.  However, not all DVD compatible devices can play Blu-ray Discs.  

If in doubt, try the DVD in your playing device first.

Both discs contain the same 7 songs, and same videos along with them.
